The Queen’s is renowned for the quality and variety of its’ well-kept real ales being listed in the CAMRA Good Beer Guide continuously since 1984 and, both in 1993 and 1997, being named as CAMRA Portsmouth & South East Hampshire Branch’s ‘Pub of the Year’.
In the Summer months you may sit outside in the pretty walled yard and enjoy the air if you wish.
When the weather gets colder, the Queen’s offers you a cosy real coal fire in the bar to keep out the winter chills.
The month of October is always eagerly awaited by the Locals and visiting real ale lovers alike as it is time for the Annual Beer Festival. Held over three days there is always a good selection of real ales to try and on the Saturday (only), Sue’s tasty hot Roast Beef rolls are available.
